Baker Barrios Architects
The Tampa Housing Authority and Bank of America are partnering to build the Trio apartments in Tampa, FL. The Trio project will include 141 units, including some for seniors. It will also feature streetlights and a water chiller plant. Construction is expected to start in late June.
The architectural firm Baker Barrios will be responsible for the project. The firm will work with the city of Tampa and the Friends of Tampa Public Art Foundations. The artists that will be commissioned are Taryn Sabia, the co-founder of Urban Charrette. She created jazz-themed paintings. Residents can choose between one, two, and three-bedroom floor plans. A new apartment complex located in the Channelside district of Tampa is under construction by Moss Construction. This project is expected to be completed in January 2023. The company has begun construction on several apartment projects in the Tampa area, including the 101 Meridian apartment building.

The building will feature two-story loft units and a mezzanine level. Residents will enjoy amenities like a fitness center, a resort-style pool, and a clubhouse. This project is five minutes from the Tampa Central Business District and the Armature Works district.

The Trio at Encore is an upscale apartment community in downtown Tampa, FL. The community will have a mix of condominium and rental units that range in price from $350,000 to $4 million. The project will be built next to the Tampa Museum of Art and the New River. It is expected to open in 2008. Developers are on the verge of breaking ground on the project.
